The Bliss of God

Near-Death Experiences (NDEs) often involve profound, transformative encounters that many interpret as meeting a higher power or God. People who have had NDEs report a variety of experiences, such as:

  1. Out-of-Body Experience: Feeling separated from the physical body and observing the surroundings from a different perspective.
  2. Tunnel and Light: Traveling through a tunnel toward a bright, warm, and loving light that some interpret as a divine presence.
  3. Life Review: Experiencing a review of one’s life, sometimes accompanied by a sense of understanding the impact of one’s actions on others.
  4. Encounter with Beings: Meeting deceased loved ones, spiritual beings, or a figure they identify as God, characterized by feelings of unconditional love and acceptance.
  5. Sense of Peace and Bliss: A profound sense of peace, love, and bliss, often described as overwhelming and unlike anything experienced in ordinary life.
  6. Reluctance to Return: Many express a reluctance to return to their earthly life due to the profound peace and love experienced during the NDE.

While these experiences are deeply personal and can vary widely, they often lead to significant changes in individuals’ lives, including a greater appreciation for life, decreased fear of death, and a stronger sense of spirituality or religious faith.
