Attaining Eternal Life in Heaven is based on Adoring the Unconditionally Loving Jesus Heart and Blood of our Dad, and a leaving a life serving his creation to give him Joy on Earth as in Heaven. By following these steps, we can attain eternal life in Heaven and a life of Blessings on Earth:

1. Faith in Jesus Christ

  • Belief in Jesus: Trust in Jesus Christ as the Son of God, who died for the sins of humanity and was resurrected. This faith is central to the Christian understanding of salvation.
    • Key Scripture: John 3:16 – “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

2. Repentance

  • Confession of Sins: Acknowledge and confess your sins to God.
    • Key Scripture: 1 John 1:9 – “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.”
  • Turning Away from Sin: Genuine repentance involves a commitment to turn away from sinful behaviors and live a life that honors God.

3. Baptism

  • Public Declaration: Baptism is often seen as a public declaration of faith in Jesus Christ.
    • Key Scripture: Acts 2:38 – “Peter replied, ‘Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.’”

4. Receiving the Holy Spirit

  • Indwelling of the Spirit: Believers are promised the Holy Spirit, who guides, comforts, and empowers them to live a godly life.
    • Key Scripture: Ephesians 1:13-14 – “And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession—to the praise of his glory.”

5. Living a Christian Life

  • Obedience to God’s Commandments: Following the teachings of Jesus and the commandments of the Bible.
    • Key Scripture: John 14:15 – “If you love me, keep my commands.”
  • Serving, Love and Compassion: Demonstrating love for God and others through actions and attitudes.
    • Key Scripture: Matthew 22:37-39 – “Jesus replied: ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as your soul”
  • Prayer and Worship: Regularly communicating with God through prayer and participating in worship.
    • Key Scripture: Philippians 4:6 – “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”
  • Reading the Bible: Studying the scriptures to understand God’s will and apply His teachings to daily life.
    • Key Scripture: 2 Timothy 3:16-17 – “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.”

6. Fellowship with Other Believers

  • Community: Engaging in a faith community for mutual support, encouragement, and accountability.
    • Key Scripture: Hebrews 10:24-25 – “And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.”

7. Sharing the Gospel

  • Evangelism: Sharing the message of Jesus Christ with others.
    • Key Scripture: Matthew 28:19-20 – “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
